The submission of an order by the customer constitutes acceptance of the terms of sale in force at that time.

Contract Conclusion

Orders sent by the customer to TENUTA SAN FELICE srl via the Internet must be completed in all parts and must contain the elements necessary for identifying the customer and the ordered products, as well as the indication of the delivery address, failing which the order will be considered null and void.

Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, provided the product has not yet been opened and within 5 working days from the delivery of the purchased product(s). In the communication, the Customer must specify the product(s) for which they intend to exercise the right of withdrawal. TENUTA SAN FELICE srl will arrange for the collection of the mentioned product(s) under terms and conditions previously agreed upon with the Customer, except in cases where the company waives the return.

Delivery

TENUTA SAN FELICE srl delivers the ordered product(s) to the Customer under the conditions explicitly mentioned during the purchase procedure. Delivery times for Italy: 3 working days from receipt of payment.

Prices, Shipping Costs, and Payments

All sales prices of the products displayed and indicated on the site constitute a public offer, are expressed in EURO, and include VAT. Shipping costs for Italy, including islands, and Europe are automatically calculated at the time of order placement, considering the products added to the cart and the destination.

The Customer undertakes to pay the price of the ordered Products via Advance Bank Transfer or PayPal. An invoice can be requested at the time of order placement (in this case, a tax code and VAT number are mandatory).

Guarantees and Liability

TENUTA SAN FELICE srl, within the limits of availability as regulated above, guarantees that the delivered products are identical to those indicated and described on the site. For all products sold, the manufacturer’s responsibility applies. The manufacturer is also responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided on the packaging.
